I am a mother, a wife, a yoga teacher, and a friend. My first meeting with yoga happened back in early 2000 as part of a recovery period in my elite orienteering career. High sport performance brings a lot of great experiences as well as injuries. Happily, throughout the years, my injuries have healed with various styles of yoga practice.
Having a master’s degree in Physical Education, I was fascinated and curious about the anatomy of the human body.
In the last few years, practising Hot Power Yoga and Forrest yoga became immediate passions. I have over 250 RYH in Hot Power Yoga and Forrest Yoga.
I aim to bring yoga to everyone and make it accessible to those who enter my class. I believe that practising yoga promotes a healthy life style, and is beneficial both for mind and body.
