Build on your 200hr anatomy foundation with a deeper dive into injury prevention for yoga teachers. This module covers the spine, core, hips, and shoulders through the lens of BioTensegrity, offering clear, practical strategies to adapt poses for students with injuries.
Each section includes an anatomy lecture, injury/modification guidance, and a curated reference list.
