Nataliya is a certified Forrest Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga teacher, registered as a Experienced Yoga teacher with UK Yoga Alliance.
She shares her knowledge and experience through delivering Continued Education Courses for teachers on Anatomy and Hands-on Assisting, Weekly Yoga classes and Monthly workshops.
Nataliya’s first meeting with yoga happened back in early 2000 as part of a recovery time in her elite orienteering career while representing Ukraine on the international arena. High sport performance brings a lot of great experiences as well as injuries. Her injuries have healed through dedicated yoga practices over the years and self awareness.
Yoga has helped her to build mental and emotional resilience that guides her through her life.
She has a master’s degree in Sport and Physical Education, the anatomy of the human body has always fascinated her. Through years of various training in Vinyasa and Forrest Yoga styles, she focused on anatomy, unique body ability and how the safety of the body leads to mental and emotional transformation.
Her immediate passion is to bring yoga to everyone and make it accessible to those who enter her class. She believes that practising yoga promotes a healthy lifestyle.
