Nataliya is a certified Forrest Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga teacher, recognised as an Experienced Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. With a deep passion for movement, anatomy, and the transformative power of mindful practice, she has spent years refining her skills and sharing them with others.

In addition to leading dynamic and accessible weekly yoga classes, Nataliya offers monthly workshops designed to inspire, challenge, and support students at every stage of their journey. For fellow yoga teachers, she delivers Continued Education Courses focused on Anatomy, Sequencing and Hands-on Assisting—combining practical techniques with her wealth of experience to help others teach with confidence, precision, and care.

Through all her offerings, Nataliya creates a safe, inclusive space where students can explore their bodies, deepen their practice, and connect more fully with themselves.

Nataliya’s first meeting with yoga happened back in early 2000 as part of a recovery time in her elite orienteering career while representing Ukraine on the international arena. High sport performance brings a lot of great experiences as well as injuries. Her injuries have healed through dedicated yoga practices over the years and self awareness.

Yoga has helped her to build mental and emotional resilience that guides her through her life.

She has a master’s degree in Sport and Physical Education, the anatomy of the human body has always fascinated her. Through years of various training in Vinyasa and Forrest Yoga styles, she focused on anatomy, unique body ability and how the safety of the body leads to mental and emotional transformation.
