20-Hour Yoga Anatomy Module
For 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Give your trainees a strong foundation in practical anatomy for yoga teaching.
This 20-hour module covers the essential anatomy of muscles, bones, joints, and connective tissues through engaging visual presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and interactive learning.
Students will also experience anatomy in action through on-the-mat practice sessions, developing a deeper understanding of movement, alignment, posture, and how the body functions in yoga.
45-Hour Yoga Anatomy & Injury Management Module
For 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Expand on the anatomy knowledge gained in a 200-hour training with an in-depth exploration of injury prevention and intelligent movement.
This 45-hour module focuses on the spine, core, hips, and shoulders through the principles of BioTensegrity, providing practical strategies for adapting yoga postures to support students with injuries and varying physical needs.
Each section includes:
- An in-depth anatomy lecture
- Injury prevention and pose modification guidance
- A curated reference list for further study
By the end of the module, trainees will have the knowledge and confidence to create safe, inclusive, and supportive yoga classes for a wide range of students.
